Re. Closure of EU warehouse and future arrangements for EU customers - Letter from Richway:

Dear Richway family,

This letter is to clarify some of the questions we have received about our E.U. office closure and the availability of items within the E.U.

December 8th, 2018 will be the last day of E.U. operations. The closure will allow us to allocate more resources to our core markets, vastly improving our services. After this period, items shipped to the E.U. will be limited to non-medical devices. Biomat® items and the Bio-belt® will no longer ship to the E.U. after this date.

On behalf of Richway, I want to apologize to the ISAs affected by this closure. I know how valuable the office was to those in the region, and how much you appreciated the service of Sung Sook. I want to extend our genuine appreciation for all the amazing work and professionalism you have put into the Richway business all of these years.

Please rest assured, any of your customers in the E.U. will still be taken care of by the main office. Any customers experiencing any issues with their product may still get their products serviced in accordance to the warranty, by contacting out Customer Service Center:
