Refund and Repair Policy


If you decide to purchase a BioMat, I think you'll be surprised at the quality of the products when you receive your order.  They are built to last, made of high quality materials and very beautiful to look at too!  With exquisite gold embroidery on the reverse of the mat and not to mention the beautiful amethyst crystals you can see through the clear strip,  I'm certain you won't be disappointed.






However for peace of mind it is good to know that the manufacturer offers a returns policy, should your purchase not meet your expectations.  You should note that the refund offered below, is based on the purchase price of the product and the VAT paid.  You will not be refunded the shipping cost and you will be responsible to ship the product back to the European warehouse, so there is a cost implication if you do decide to return your order.  Ifyou have any questions about this please do get in touch.

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your BioMat at any time, I provide follow up customer care and support, so you can always contact me at any time and I will be more than happy to help you access your warranty cover and help you organise returns / repairs.
