IMPORTANT  NOTIFICATION: RICHWAY ANNOUNCEMENT:

I’m really sad to say that Richway have informed us of their decision to close the European warehouse on 8th December and end their E.U. Operations.   BioMat products will no longer be available to purchase within Europe after this time.    

This unfortunately means that I am no longer able to be  distributor for the products.   I would like to thank all my customers over the last seven years.  I’m sorry I’m no longer able to help you, but Richway will be happy to assist you from this point onwards.

When reporting a fault please quote your order / RI number, which will be found on the top right hand side of your order form and also the serial number on the reverse of your controller (silver sticker), together with your full name and address and a detailed description of the fault with the mat.  Richway will then send you full instructions of how to proceed.
